Questions We Get All The Time

Do you really have no minimum order?

Yep, really. You can order 1 flag or 1,000. Though honestly, if you're only ordering 1 flag, you might want to check if we have it in stock first. Custom orders of 1-2 flags take the same production time as larger orders.

How long do these flags actually last?

Depends on your weather and how much you abuse them. In normal outdoor conditions, 8-12 months is typical. We've had customers get 18+ months out of them. The fabric holds up better than the pole usually.

Can you match a design I saw somewhere else?

If you own the rights to it, sure. Bring us a clear image and we'll recreate it. If it's someone else's copyrighted design, we can't help you. We don't want legal trouble, and neither do you.

What if I need them faster than 5-7 days?

Rush orders are possible but cost extra (25% surcharge). We can usually do 3-4 days if we're not swamped. Call and ask - worst we can say is no.

Do you ship internationally?

To Canada, yes. Everywhere else gets complicated with customs and shipping costs. If you're outside North America, find a local supplier - you'll save money and headaches.
